DRY HIRE BARTENDING SERVICE

Loíza Bar Co. provides dry hire mobile bartending services. We do not sell, purchase, deliver, or supply alcoholic beverages for clients.

The client or licensed venue is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol, maintaining ownership of the alcohol, obtaining any required permissions or permits, and complying with applicable venue rules and alcohol laws.

Services and supplies vary by package. Clients should review their customized proposal and signed agreement to confirm exactly what Loíza Bar Co. will provide.

BEVERAGE BRAND ACTIVATIONS

Loíza Bar Co. may provide staffing and support for beverage sampling, product education, beverage preparation, and guest engagement on behalf of beverage brands, agencies, distributors, venues, and other authorized businesses.

Products used during an activation must be supplied through a legally authorized source. The responsibilities of Loíza Bar Co., the client, the venue, and any participating brand or distributor will be stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Submitting an activation request does not guarantee acceptance, staffing availability, venue approval, or authorization to distribute or sample a product.

QUOTES, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

Prices displayed on this website are starting prices only. Final pricing may vary based on the event date, location, guest count, service duration, menu, staffing, equipment, travel, parking, venue requirements, and selected enhancements.

Submitting a quote request does not create a service agreement, guarantee availability, or reserve an event date.

An event date is reserved only after Loíza Bar Co. receives the signed client service agreement and required retainer. Payment and cancellation terms are governed by the signed agreement and our published Cancellation Policy.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete event information, including the event date, location, guest count, service hours, venue requirements, requested services, and any known restrictions.

Clients must obtain all necessary venue approvals and inform Loíza Bar Co. of applicable rules, access limitations, insurance requirements, permits, or licensing conditions before the event.

Additional charges or service limitations may apply when event information changes, required information is withheld, or conditions at the venue differ from what was originally disclosed.

RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SERVICE

Loíza Bar Co. supports responsible alcohol service and compliance with applicable laws and venue requirements.

Our bartenders may refuse or discontinue alcohol service to any person who appears intoxicated, cannot provide acceptable proof of legal drinking age, behaves in a threatening or unsafe manner, attempts to provide alcohol to a minor, or otherwise creates a legal or safety concern.

Service may also be delayed, limited, suspended, or ended if the event environment, alcohol arrangement, venue conditions, or client instructions are unsafe or unlawful.

SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Every confirmed event is governed by a signed client service agreement. The agreement will describe the selected services, payment schedule, cancellation terms, client responsibilities, and other event specific requirements.

If information on this website conflicts with a signed client service agreement, the signed agreement will control for that event, subject to applicable law.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
